I’m originally from Pensacola, but have lived all over the country. I’ve even spent a few years overseas in Okinawa, Japan while my dad was in the Marines. I’ve worked as an in house web developer and designer for a small local business for years, and have done a few independent projects as time and opportunity allowed.

I started programming Casio graphing calculators in high-school and managed to become something of an international expert in the subject, eventually becoming the point of contact for Casio USA when they wanted to get feedback from their online programming community (yes, such things exist for graphing calculators). Nowadays I’m still into programming as much or more than ever, but have moved on to more powerful calculators.

Likes: Books, programming, writing, making things.

Describe your perfect date: January 1st, 1970.

What was/is the name of your best imaginary friend? I really wanted an imaginary friend as a child, but sadly none lived nearby.

What fictional character would you vote for President? Miles Vorkosigan (not that he’d want it, but that’s a plus in my opinion).

Obscure talent/superpower you wish you had? The ability to grant myself arbitrary superpowers at will. Failing that, an eidetic memory. I think I could improvise several others if I had that.

Favorite non-electronic accessory? The bag that holds all my electronics.

If you didn’t work in the design industry, what would you be doing? Writing novels.
