Born in Palm Beach, raised in Stuart, FL. Lived under a grocery store (yes, a grocery store) and graduated from South Fork High School in 1988. Thought it would be fun to major in film at UCF during the “Hollywood East” days.
Since a film career was not in the cards (yet, at least), decided to try graphic design. Worked through a few one-color, high volume gigs and ended up at Seagate Software (later Veritas, later Symantec). On the street after the tech bust, hooked up with Sarah to start KMDG.
Likes: wooden bowls, loud music and fish tacos.

Born in Port Huron, MI and raised on the Space Coast. Graduated from Satellite Beach High School in 1987. Went to UCF because that was where all the cute boys went who wanted to go to college but didn’t want to be too far from the beach.
Armed with a pre-law degree, meandered through the business world, landing at a gas turbine engineering company (what’s a turbine?). After eight years of wearing a variety of hats (marketing assistant, proposal writer, project manager), quit for the stay-at-home-mom role. A year and a half later, starting a business seemed like a good idea.
Likes: Big handbags, expensive shoes and wandering in Paris.

Chinese-Jamaican born and raised in Central Florida. Graduated from Palm Bay High School in 1988. Wandered to Orlando to attend UCF with the intent on becoming a teacher, but unpaid internships were not an option. Shifted to graphic design.
Jamaican accent comes and goes; depends who is on the other end of the phone line. Did time as a production designer, consistently advancing into project management. Tells others what to do with regularity.
Likes: quiet in the house, good food, and efficient people.

Grew up in a small town in Illinois just south of the Wisconsin border on Lake Michigan. Built first website at the age of 12. Graduated from Zion Benton Township High School in 2003, before attending College of Lake County on full tuition scholarship.
Moved to Florida in 2005 (over 1,000 miles away!), began a small freelance business and was discovered by KMDG in 2008. The youngest member of the team with a robust portfolio and an ever-increasing skill set.
Likes: Texas Hold ‘em, road trips, and homemade ice cream
